On Wednesday, February 20, 2019, Governor Ned Lamont presented his biennial state budget proposal for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 to the Connecticut General Assembly.

Finally, the governor's office also produced a three-year budget report for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 that examines the impacts on the outyears if the governor's state budget proposal was adopted by the Connecticut General Assembly.
